Custom and Curated Gifts
Due to the nature of the items in our custom and curated gifts, we cannot accept returns in whole or part. With respect to you and the recipient, we do not re-sell any items that have been out of our care. If you receive a gift with damage to the shipping packaging, please take a picture of the damage and notify us immediately so we can make a claim with the freight company and have any damaged gift items replaced as soon as possible.
All clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If you receive a gift damaged during transit, please take a photograph of the damage and notify us immediately so we can make a claim with the freight company. We will make every effort to replace the damaged items when possible.
We are not responsible for any spoilage of perishable items left outside, or returned to the freight warehouse due to not being claimed upon delivery, or any delay in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during the ordering process.
